License Agreement.

This is a legal agreement between you and NDemia, author and exclusive copyright owner of the software product NDemia Tables.
This License Agreement is irremovable part of the software product, independently on method of distributing, copying, downloading and installing the software on your computer. You must never modify or delete this License Agreement without deleting the software product from your storage media.
This License Agreement states conditions of use for only one release of the distributive files (release specified in the first row of this document). Future releases will have own conditions of using, so this License Agreement is not applicable for any other releases except titled. Any of conditions, stated in this License Agreement, can be changed in future releases, including free distribution.
This License Agreement has no time limit. You will be able use specified release of the software product even if other releases will be distributed as commercial software.

NDemia grants to you FREE use of the product "NDemia Tables v.1.00 release alpha-1" only under terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
NDemia doesn't express any restrictions as regards copying, using, and free redistributing of the software product. The software product can be used by any number of users on any numbers of computers, for any legal purposes, including business, educational and government use.

The software product is distributed absolutely free (i.e. "public domain"). Nobody must pay for use it neither to NDemia, nor to other people. You must not use the software product for any form of illegal or criminal activity. You must not decompile, disassembly or desintegrate code of the software product. You must not analyze data file formats for publication or access by other software products.

The software product is distributed as preliminary release (i.e. "alpha release"). Author explicitly specifies that the software product is under development, so current release is not completed stage of the software product design. Software functionality features can be enhanced, advanced and extended in future releases. Regardless of this, author reserves his right to stop developing of the software product at any time.

The software product is distributed with no any form of warranties or support. NDemia reserves his right to ignore your requests about troubles with using of the software product.

The software product can contain internal defects, bugs and problems, which can crush, damage or destroy your computer. You use the software product entirely on your own risk. NDemia explicitly denies any claims from you, independently of scales of your troubles. The only thing NDemia warrants is that he didn't have in mind creating any destructive internal defects as built-in features of the software product.

Regardless of your opinion about reliability of the software product, NDemia explicitly prohibits use of the software product in human health/life risk environment. Definitely, the software product must not be used on computers, having physical connections with medical hardware, power plant control systems and transport control systems.

The software product is designed to process your data. You must keep in mind that you can loose the data, saved only in format of NDemia Tables. The software product has no access restriction features, so you won't be able to protect your data from unauthorized access.
NDemia warrants that the software product was not designed for any illegal, hidden, spy activity. In advance NDemia denies any accusations concerning viruses, spy features, security breaking features, even if such features will be definitely found and used by someone in the world.

The software product author and copyright owner rights are under protection of copyright laws of the Russian Federation.
